Fatima Degree College recently held Faculty Development Workshop for faculties in the college.
The Vice Chancellor of L.N. Mithila University Darbhanga, Bihar Prof. Dolly Sinha Ji was the Chief Guest of honour at the workshop organized to foster better ways of faculty development in the College to meet international best practices.
She explained standard level of NAAC on various points of faculty development, through her speeches.
Prof. Dolly Sinha Ji charged faculty members to show transparency in their discharge of duties as transparency is very important in the work of NAAC.
She said that there is a need to work unitedly so that when NAAC assesses the College, it will get good marks
The moderator of the successful workshop was Minati Chaklanvis, Chief Advisor of Fatima Degree College.
The event was well attended as Dr. Asadullah, Principal of Fatima Degree College, AL Fatima Educational Society B.Ed. College Principal Dr. Md. Anwer, Fatima Degree College Coordinator, Media/Social Media In-charge cum NAAC In-Charge Syed Danish were present including all the faculty members were present.
While ending the programme, Dr. Asadullah gave a sapling to Dolly Sinha ji.
