The maiden edition of the north central Tennis Tournament will officially kicked off today at the Plateau club ,for under-10,12,14, and 16..
The tennis tournament started on Monday August the 15th 2022,with arrival of participating teams and registration across north Central states.
The Plateau state Tennis Association chairman Nuhu Ayuba who also double as the main organizing committee chairman says the first two days of the five days events is for a clinic,to bring the kids up to speed on the new rules and train beginners who have interest for tennis.
The national team coach,coach Rotimi was on ground to put them through on the techniques and rules. He praised the Playeau Tennis Association chairman and saying that in no distance time plateau state will be the home of tennis.
The draws for the tournament held today at the plateau club by 8am,which is also the match venue.
