Warri Wolves FC forward, Izuchukwu Christain on Sunday during the team’s Match day four encounter against Ijebu United, scored his second goal of the season.
The forward fondly called Izu, who was one of the top scorers for the Seasiders last season, put the Seasiders in front in the eight minute of play when he connected to a long cross from victor, a power force from the wolves defense, notorious for such passes.
His eight minute opener on Sunday against Ijebu United was his second for the season as he had scored the his side’s second goal on match day two when they took on new side Solution Fc.
The former Giant Brillers Player who is on his season with Warri Wolves said he is optimistic the Seasiders will qualify for this year’s Super eight and subsequently get promoted to the nation’s Apex football league, the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

Izuchukwu Christian is an attacker who plays more from the wings, he was one of the top scorers for the Seasiders last season in both the FA cup where Warri wolves narrowly lost out of getting to the finals and in the NNL also missing out narrowly on super 8 qualification.
