Best Talent Football Club of Mowe on Wednesday were forced to a 2 all draw by a Lagos based side, Box 2 Box in a friendly tie held at the Legacy Pitch of the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.

The reality of the tightly contested and refreshingly unpredictable tie worth their billing as the two sides went neck to neck with a respectable result.

The Nationwide League One outfit, Best Talent, under the tutelage of Coach Farouk Yusuf, continues their strong pre season campaigns as Mathew and Jamiu produced a goal each for their side leaving their hosts in awe of shock and astounding surprises.

The Adeyinka Adeyemo’s boys were not lucky enough to snatch the victory in spite of their dominant display, but the technical team took solace in identifying the weak link for optimal fix.

With the draw, Best Talent FC now played 41 matches, 29 wins, 7 draws, and 5 losses, which makes them more formidable and compact ahead of the forthcoming season.

In his post-match interview, Farouk Yusuf, Coach of Best Talent said he orepared his team to win every match and get the maximum points but admitted that his boys did not do badly with the stalemated encounter on the road.

“To be sincere with you, I came here to win every single game. We came prepared to win, but our hosts too were very solid. I think we are satisfied with the result, and we have also picked the positives needed ahead of the forthcoming season. ” The former Coca-Cola Coach posited.
