The recognition of Chikelue Iloenyosi as Anambra State FA Chairman has been dismissed as illegal by various stakeholders.

“It’s rubbish, totally illegal,” lambasted Chairman of the Anambra Sports Council Tony Oli.

“People should stop this illegality.

“I really don’t know why people should not do the right things.”

“Whether right or wrong, the decisions of the Electoral Appeals Committee are final and the NFF do not have the powers to upturn them,” an interested party informed.

“This move by the NFF will be challenged.”

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah has also obtained judgment from a court that he is the authentic Chairman of ANSFA.

This was after the NFF ruled that the Elections that gave him a second term was illegal.

In the meantime, Anambra Sports Council boss Tony Oli said he did not give his blessings for Iloenyosi to be Anambra FA boss.

Speculations were rife that the Sports Council boss as well as Anambra State Governor Soludo have given the former Super Eagles defender their full support to man the top post.
