ANSFOCA Chairman, Moneke Calls On Football Coaches To Attend Sports Performance Analysis Workshop

The Chairman, Anambra State Football Coaches Association (ANSFOCA), Evangelist Obi Moneke has called on Anambra football coaches to endeavour to be part of the upcoming two-day sports performance analysis workshop for sports coaches and analysts.

Evang. Moneke made the charge on Tuesday, 6th May, 2025 during a live Television Sports programme in Awka.

The upcoming two-day sports performance analysis workshop which is being organized by the Anambra State Football Association (ANSFA) in collaboration with Binary Sports Tech and ANSFOCA will hold from Friday, 30th to Saturday, 31st of May, 2025 at the Archbishop A.K. Obiefuna Retreat and Pastoral Centre in Awka.

The workshop will feature two prominent football resource persons such as Dr. Isah Ladan Bosso, President of Nigeria Football Coaches Association and Mr. Idris Okeke, Founder of Binary Sports and Expert in sports performance analysis.

Speaking on the upcoming workshop, ANSFOCA Chairman, Evang. Moneke stated that the upcoming workshop is a landmark event geared towards equipping football coaches, intending football coaches and football afficionados in the state on knowledge about analyzing professional football matches, improving their knowledge about football coaching and exposure to recent trends in football analysis and coaching methodologies.

Evang. Moneke informed that the participants after the two-day sports performance analysis workshop will be fully abreast with the modern way of coaching and reading the game of football with a view to improving their team’s performance during professional games. Moneke who doubles as the Team Manager of Nationwide League One club, Peace FC of Awka informed that the workshop is the first stage as the lectures and teachings by the resource persons will be delivered in modules.

Moneke said: “We are delighted to have this two-day all important sports performance analysis workshop which will feature top football administrators in the land such as Coach Isah Ladan Bosso, President of Nigeria Football Coaches and Mr. Idris Okeke, Founder of Binary Sports and seasoned sports performance analyst in Nigeria and Africa.

“The upcoming workshop is a platform and a wonderful opportunity for Anambra coaches to be trained on the aspect of football analysis and be knowledgeable about the latest trend in football coaching.

“I eulogize Chief Chikelue Iloenyosi (The General), Chairman of the Anambra State Football Association for the initiative in bring such an eye opening workshop to Anambra football coaches and other football stakeholders in the state,” Moneke said.

The ANSFOCA Chairman while revealing that the registration fee for the workshop is thirty-five thousand naira (N35,000) admonished football coaches to endeavour to register and be part of the upcoming workshop for a life changing experience and training that will shape their career in the world of football.
