Asaba Super Cup, Prostar Sports Seal Partnership, Unveil Official Match Ball

The organisers of the Asaba Super Cup have confirmed that they have entered into a partnership agreement with Prostar Sports.

This disclosure was made to the media during the unveiling of the official match ball for the competition held at Asaba, Delta State.

The Prostar match ball which meets FIFA regulated international match standards is also the official match ball for the elite top tier, the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL).

This is the first time that the Asaba Super Cup will be introducing an official branded match balls for her competitive football programme.

The 2025 edition of the Asaba Super Cup  kicked off  today, Saturday, March 1st, 2025, at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba, by 9am with the opening game between Young Shall Grow FA and African Holding FC.

The Defending Champions, Ughelli Rovers FC, will be hoping to retain the title, in an expanded competition that also features Nationwide League Division One sides, Delta Marines FC, and Grassrunners FC.

The competition will also feature 2024 Delta State League Champions, Winsome FC, Ndame FA and ABC Starlet FA.
