The citizens of Anambra State has been advised to sieze the opportunity of the coming Nov 8 governorship election to take back their destiny from kabu-kabu leadership.
Addressing members of the Labour Party (LP) led by the Stakeholders at Aguata, Orumba North and South Councils during interactive sessions, Chief George Moghalu, the party’s favorite aspirant for the coming governorship election thanked God for the opportunity to enable the people speak with their votes.
Chief Moghalu who was in the area in continuation of his interactive meeting of LP Stakeholders and executives was accompanied by his top campaign chiefs led by the Director General, Chief Okey Chukwuogo.
The aspirant, laden with seeming deep emotions lamented that the state has decayed and gone so far back that it’s almost a big security burden to visit or even acknowledge you are from Anambra.
Therefore, he stated, “..we must sieze the opportunity of the Nov 8 governorship election to redeem the ugly situation.
“How can one explain that three years after taking over the rein of power, our dear governor was still grappling with the decision of which led to put forward or backwards.
“While other neighboring states adopted modern method of doing things, Anambra State under the watch of a ‘professor’ is groping in almost pre-historic era style.
“Today whereas other contemporary upscale states of Anambra’s ilk have continued to marvel the nation, Anambra government trots far behind chasing braless old women with vehemence.”
Moghalu therefore urged citizens to note that “the purpose of renewal of mandate after every four years was to give room for review/correction of perceived errors and mistakes. So let’s use the party primary of April 5, 2025; and Nov 8,2025 election to install someone we can count on, Chief George Moghalu. I am here!
“Anambra must be socially reengineered by our collective effort,” he pointed out.
