Idemili North Boss, Nkwoka Warns Against Cash Collection/Payment Of Revenues

.…Urges Residents  To Pay LG Revenues To Council Workers On Uniform

The Residents and business owners within Idemili North Local Government Area , Anambra State have been urged to cooperate with the revenue workers as INLGA commences the much awaited Digital Revenue Enumeration, Capturing and Collection.

According to a press statement signed by the chairman, Hon Stanley Nkwoka (Ochendo Idemili) and circulated to different media houses, the Idemili North Local Government Council is hereby informing all business owners, companies, hoteliers, traders and industries within INLGA that the Internal Generated Revenue IGR Enumeration team are going around the various streets and communities.

“The IGR team will be going around to create Anambra State Identification Number for Business owners within the zone known as ‘ASIN number’.

“The IGR team will also come with POS machine to Digitally register you and collect LG revenue via Pay Direct system.

“The public is hereby notified not to attend to anyone who is not a member of INLGA IGR Enumeration team. The team members must appear in their uniforms with the inscription IDN LGA Enumeration/IGR team.

“They will take charge of all LG revenue collections via pay Direct system like store Levy,fire service, Liquor license, business permit,ASWAMA levies and others depending on the kind of business you do.

“All payments will be uploaded online for easy confirmation using your ASIN number.

“We urge business owners to cooperate with the Enumeration team as they discharge their duties.

” NB: The INLGA Enforcement team will begin their duties to checkmate those who failed to comply with this directive after this Enumeration exercise. Beware!,” he stated.
