Technical Adviser of Heartland FC, Coach Emmanuel Amuneke has commended the Chief Executive Officer and organizers of the Ifeanyi Ekwueme Tico/Select Preseason Tournament for their exceptional efforts in ensuring a successful event.

He made the commendation after his team defeated Inter Aba FC 3-0 at the Aba Centre of the tournament.

The commendation highlights the meticulous planning, coordination, and execution that went into making the tournament a memorable one.

He praised Mr Ifeanyi Ekwueme for his ability to bring the event together seamlessly, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and spectators alike.

“First of all we have to congratulate the CEO of the tournament which is our brother Ekwueme that came up with the idea to create a tournament that will help most teams to prepare themselves and see the new signing players that they’re trying to integrate into the team and also try to organize themselves, regardless that we are in the rainy season, people find it interesting to support and make it lively. For me, it is a very important tournament and we are glad to be part of it”.

He noted the tireless efforts and dedication of the tournament director and organizers, which were instrumental in making the event a success.

“I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Ifeanyi Ekwueme and organizers for their outstanding work in making this event a huge success. Their commitment to excellence and attention to detail have set a high standard for future events.”

Coach Amuneke’s commendation serves as a testament to the organizers’ hard work and dedication. Their efforts have not only ensured a successful event at the two centres of the tournament (Enugu and Aba) but also set a benchmark for future Preseason Tournament tournaments.
