The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has redesigned its official website to introduce a more dynamic and user-friendly platform.

According to the media release signed by the Corps Public Education Officer, ACM Olusegun Ogungbemide, the new website, accessible at (www.frsc.gov.ng), serves as a comprehensive hub for road safety administration, traffic regulations, and safety tips.

With its modernized interface and enhanced functionality, the platform aims to provide timely and credible information to promote safe motoring culture and save lives across Nigeria.

The public may recall that the Corps’ website was ranked the best in the country out of 315 Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAS) in the 5th edition of the Federal Government Scorecard for ranking websites of MDAs. This ranking was objectively carried out by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR).

It is in the Corps’ continuous bid to sustain excellence and high performance and in line with the new requirements on website ranking by subject matter experts from NITDA and BPSR which was subsequently upgraded to the present status.

This newly redesigned official website is a user-focused platform that reflects our mission to save lives, enhance road safety awareness, and deliver world-class public service. It was built with the latest technologies, offering faster load times, improved security, and seamless scalability to meet the growing needs of Nigerians across the globe.

One of its most impressive features is that it is designed for engagement, education, and entertainment with intuitive, visually rich layouts designed to capture and hold your attention. Just more than a new look—redesigned FRSC website is indeed, a new way of serving the Nigerian public with so much ease.

The release explained that the new website prioritizes user engagement and education, with : Modern, Intrinsically Designed Layouts, Every page is crafted to be interactive, accessible, and user-friendly and Content is organized logically to guide one effortlessly to the information needed

Speaking on the development, the Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed emphasized the Corps’ resolve to digital transformation and public accessibility, noting that the revamped platform reflects our renewed vision of providing transparent, efficient, and technology-driven road safety services to Nigerians at home and in the diaspora.

To this end, Nigerians both in public and private sector, non-governmental organisations as well as civil society organisations who desire any information on road safety in the country can save themselves the stress by login into the website at the comfort of their homes.

The motoring public, pedestrians, researchers, and the media are as well invited to explore the redesigned website and take advantage of the many tools available to improve safety and compliance on our roads.

This advancement is part of the reengineering process started by the management of the Corps which has translated into better services. This includes almost completed effective seamless process of Drivers license acquisition.
