Major Okpalaihedi noted that the foundation of the market is known to God, and declared that from the Allied Building Materials International Market, Nteje, God will bless Nteje, Anambra State and Nigeria.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Trade and Markets, Barr Evarist Ubah congratulated the traders for taking a bold step to site their market in a more convenient area and charged them to move into their shops by 31st August, 2024.

Also speaking, the ASMATA President, Chief Humphrey Anuna commended the unity of purpose of the various unions that led them to their success story.

In a remark, the President General, Allied Building Materials International Market, Nteje Hon. Ignatius Ejike commended the leadership and members of the eight Market Unions that comprise Allied Building Materials International Market, Nteje for their commitment that brought them to their promised land.

According to Hon. Ejike, the market unions are Iron Dealers, God’s Favour Building Materials, Trinity/Unity Iron Dealers, and Pipe Dealers Unions.

Others are Premier Lock-up Stores, Tank Dealers, Combined Building Materials, and P.V.C. Pipe Dealers Unions all currently trading along Uga Street, Port Harcourt Road and Atani Road, now to relocate to their Permanent site at Nteje.
