NPFL 2023/24: Enyimba Snaps Three Young Talents From Academies.

As with the tradition of most notable big club sides globally and inline with the trend of nurturing young talented players into greatness like the new Chairman of Enyimba FC, Kanu Nwankwo “FIFA Ambassador” had in his early active days ‘The People’s Elephant’ of Aba, has welcomed to their rich fold three young and exciting players for the new season.

The three players, Obichere Odinala Wisdom, Izuogu Favour Chibueze and Promise Harrison Usoro are products of reputable football academies across the country.

The trio came highly recommended and have impressed the technical crew enough for inclusion.

They have since joined the rest of the team for their preparatory games ahead of the commencement of the season beaming with confidence.

Meanwhile, the NPFL defending champions have intensified preparations for their forthcoming CAF Champions League first round first leg qualifier against Ali Benghazi of Libya later this month.

The Coach Finidi George tutored boys are expected to engage in some friendlies starting with the game with Akwa United FC in Uyo this Thursday before jetting out of the country for the first leg as they get ready for what looks like a hectic season considering their participation in 4 competitions, the NPFL, the Federation Cup (both domestics) and the CAF Champions League as well as the newly introduce African Football League AFL, for selected sides in Africa.
