IVACAC Set To Hold 2022 Ohazulume Conference

The Directorate of Igbo Village and Centre for African Civilization (IVACAC), Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka is set to hold her 2022 Ohazulume Conference.

The event aimed at showcasing the rich culture and traditions of Ndi Igbo will hold of Thursday, 24th November 2022 at the ASUU NAU Secretariat UNIZIK. Theme of the conference is: “Ndigbo and Nigeria’s future: 2023 General Elections in Perspective.”

According to the Director of IVACAC, host and member of the 9th Governing Council of the University, Very Rev. Fr. Prof. Bonachristus Umeogu, the Ohazulume Conference will have its Keynote Speaker as the former Vice-Chancellor of Imo State University, Prof. Jerome Okonkwo.

The Chairman of the occasion is Dr. Chinedu Umeadi; Special Guest of Honour is the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, His Excellency Chief Peter Obi, CON. Chief Host is UNIZIK Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Charles Esimone, FAS; Chairman Local Organizing Committee (LOC) is the Deputy Director IVACAC, Dr. Kanayo Nwadialor while the Co-Chairman is Dr. Charles Nweke.
