Rangers International coach, Abdul Maikaba has expressed disappointment with his boys who he said did not control their emotions on the field of play as they lost the match day 37.

Speaking after the match that ended 1-0 in favor of host Gombe United, coach Maikaba said his side lost and Gombe United deserve to win the game.
Rangers lost to Gombe United by a lone goal scored by substitute, Ibrahim Yahaya on the 47th minutes at Pantami Stadium, Gombe.
“I can say that we lost and the Gombe side deserve to win this game more especially in the second half. My boys lost their heads and were collecting cards”,
“I don’t think, no matter how poor the officiating was, they should behave as such. It is not good for football. I expect them to control themselves and that would have given us result if we keep our heads down. I am not happy with their behavior actually”.
Speaking on the implications of the result, Maikaba said their dream of of qaulifying for continental is lost, “the implication is that we cannot qaulify to represent Nigeria. It is very difficult, the
 chance is almost zero”.
“So, it’s football and l think we will restrategize and move ahead”.
