WAFU B:  Delta Queens Chinaza Agoh Wins MVP  As Team thrash USMA 3-0

2022/23 Nigerian Women Football league NWFL Most Valuable Player MVP continued her top form on Sunday when Delta Queens defeated Burkina Faso side USFA 3-0 in this year’s opening game in the WAFU Zone B Qualifier.

Chinaza Agoh who saw her shot at goal paried off by USFA goal keeper was instrumental in Alaba Olabiyi first goal in the fifth minute.

She went on to score Delta Queens second goal when stylishly connected to Mercy Omokwo’s 61″ super cross .

The calm striker was also instrumental to the third goal which was a header by Mercy Omokwo.

With two assist and a goal , Chinaza Agoh emerged the MVP of the game.

In a post match interview Chinaza Agoh dedicated the award to her team mates promising a hundred percent dedication and Focus.

“Football is a team work and individual awards can not come if we do not play as a team.”

“We have a focus as a team and I will continue to give my best as we collectively work towards achieving our Target”

It would be recalled that Chinaza Agoh finished the NWFL Premiership 2022/23 season as the Most Valuable Player for the season as she finished amongst the top three highest goal scorer of same Season.
