Anambra electorates, especially from the Central senatorial zone of the State have passionately appealed to the members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to vote massively for, and select Hon Dozie Nwankwo, popularly called “Onye Ndozi” as the party’s Anambra Central senatorial flag bearer in the coming 2027 election.
Making the appeal this afternoon, was members of the powerful Coalition for Leadership by Example (CLE), a political advocacy group that assists citizens make better political decisions.
Their choice/ preference for Onyendozi according to Engr Chukwuemeka Ibezim, chairman of the Coalition “was as a result of his superlative performances while at the Federal House of Representatives for Njikoka/Anaocha/Dunukofia.
Engr Ibezim, a University don, while throwing more light on reasons for choosing him, described Onye Ndozi as a thoroughbred, well focused and dedicated representative whose eyes are constantly on the ball.
“Nwankwo remains a very popular political achiever who attracts legacy projects that transforms lives and living standards of not just his constituents, but also those of all citizens of Anambra State and beyond.
“It was such a that Dozie Nwankwo has set an annual calendar for the distribution of palliative items to enhance the lives of the citizens.
“He had admitted that it touches his heart to regularly embark on the distribution of palliatives including scholarships, free medical treatment, exercise books, grinding machines, sewing machines, barbing/hair dressing equipments, cars/commuter buses.
“He also has been giving out welding machine kits, motor cycles, Keke, all which, he noted, were aimed at taking the youths and the young at heart off the streets away from crime and anti social conducts..”
“Onye Ndozi, also brought Federal College of Agriculture and an ICT/Communication lab to the constituency.
Engr Ibezim therefore passionately appealed to members of the APGA to vote en masse for Nwankwo, (Onye Ndozi) at the forthcoming party primary election next month, as CLE has intensified mobilization and sensitization of potential voters heavily in his favour.
