All is set for the 114th Inaugural Lecture of Nnamdi Azikiwe University to be delivered by Professor Bentina Alawari Mathias.

Prof Mathias, a Professor of Gender and Health Sociology in the Department of Sociology/Anthropology, Faculty of Social Sciences will digest the lecture titled “The Dynamics of Womanhood in Nation Building.”

The event scheduled to take place by 1:00 PM at the University Auditorium will have the quintessential academic take the university community on a journey of discovery through the complexities of gender dynamics in nation-building.

The inaugural lecture is a significant event at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, showcasing the academic prowess and contributions of its professors.

The lecture will be chaired by Professor Carol Arinze-Umobi, the Acting Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. The event is organized by the university, with Professor Josephet O. Ogbuagu serving as the Chairman of the Inaugural Lecture Committee.

The 114th inaugural lecture is expected to draw interest from academics, students, and professionals interested in gender studies and nation-building initiatives.
