NFF President, Gusau Receives Prestigious Award On Youth Development From Primate Ayodele Elijah

Nigeria Football Federation President, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, has been honored with a prestigious award for his outstanding contributions to youth development.

The award was presented by former Liberian President, George Weah, in Lagos, courtesy of Primate Ayodele Elijah.

This recognition underscores Gusau’s commitment to nurturing young talent and his impactful leadership in Nigerian football, particularly in grassroots development. As the president of the Nigeria Football Federation since 2022, Gusau has introduced fresh ideas and a people-centered approach that has revitalized the federation.

Gusau’s achievements in his two-year tenure include advancing Nigerian football and pushing the sport forward. He has also outlined a 2030 vision for Nigeria’s football development, which includes plans to improve grassroots football.

The award ceremony was attended by Gusau’s friend and associate. Gusau’s leadership and commitment to youth development have earned him recognition and respect from within and outside Nigeria.
