The coach of Jigawa Golden Stars Beach Soccer Club, Mr Baffa Adamu has said that his team’s participation in the Nigeria Beach Soccer League Second Round in Nnewi have bolstered their experience reservoir.
Mr Adamu who spoke to Newspathfinder at the Moonshine Arena before his team lost their ninth game to Kada Beach Soccer Club said that participating in the game opened their eyes as they will go home better than they came.
He commended the organizers of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League Second Round for the high level of preparation and organization. He also thumped up the Anambra Beach Soccer Association chairman, Prof Victor Mmadubuko for giving beach soccer life in Anambra.
“This is our first time to participate and I want to thank the Coordinator Beach Soccer Nigeria, Mr Mahmud Hadejia for giving us the opportunity and encouragement. This participation is very important for us. We came with a little experience, but now we have gathered more”, he said
