According to a press release issued on July 6, 2025, the command’s Joint Security Team arrested a suspect, Samuel Eze, 25, in possession of a woman’s breast in Awada, Obosi.

The recovered item has been deposited at the morgue, and the suspect is undergoing interrogation.

In another development, the Rapid Response Squad rescued a kidnapped driver and recovered a truck loaded with custard powder worth N9.5 million.

Three suspects, Udegenyi Ugochukwu, 38, Anayochukwu Okonkwo, 47, and Good Odigili, 47, were arrested and confessed to diverting the goods to Enugwu Ukwu after abducting the driver.

The police also recovered a suspected stolen Toyota Sienna with a registration number 736 JP, bearing an inscription “Forum of Accountants Delta State.”

The command is inviting anyone with valid proof of ownership to come forward for verification and possible collection.
