FESTDRINE/ANSFA 2025: Exciting Weekend For Anambra All Stars In Festival Of Goals And Fun

It was an exciting weekend for Anambra All Stars as the 2025 FESTDRINE/ANSFA All Stars Tournament continues with thrilling matches

On Saturday, Estate All Stars thrashed Uncle Ralph FC All Stars Mgbakwu 7-1, with Nnam Ikechukwu scoring a hat-trick (36′, 53′, 67′ PK). Other goals for Estate All Stars were scored by Ifeanyi Ihenetu (5′), Napoleon Handsome Irozuru (7′), Joe Obinna (34′), and Best Ugochukwu (70′ UR).

The goal rain continued as Anambra State All Stars dominated Great United Stars Fc, winning 6-0 with Chidi Obiakor Agali scoring a hat trick (16′, 63′, 68′), while Ifeanyi Areh scored a brace (21′, 26′) and Obioma Onyema added to the scoreline with a goal in the 72nd minute.

In the third game of the day, Awka All Stars FC secured a narrow 1-0 win over Prime FC All Stars, courtesy of Odinye Chukwudi’s goal in the 58th minute to draw the curtains of the day.

In the Sunday opening game, Obosi All Stars won 1-0 against Professional Football Club Awka thanks to Arinze Chukwura’s goal in the 57th minute.

Peace FC All Stars Awka shared the spoils with Adazi All Stars 1-1 with Jiribe Makuochukwu scoring for Adazi All Stars (6′) and Arinze Oforah replying for Peace FC All Stars (7′).

In the last game of the day, Unity All Stars emerged victorious with a 3-1 win against Villa All Stars. Nonso Nwaegbu opened scoring in the 18th minute, with Chidi Ugochukwu (20′), and Chibuike Otimkpu (78′) increasing the tally. Nkili Emmanuel scored a consolation goal for Villa All Stars (80′).
