The sun will set over the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, as young girls will gather for the AISHA FALODE GIRLS PLAY FORWARD: WE ARE TOMORROW event. The atmosphere will be electric, with excitement and anticipation.

The event will be more than just a celebration of girl empowerment and unity – it will be a call to action. As the girls take to the field, they will be reminded that they are the future of women’s football. With every pass, shot, and goal, they will not only be playing for themselves but also for the generations to come.

The AISHA FALODE GIRLS PLAY FORWARD initiative is a testament to the power of sports in transforming lives. By providing a platform for girls to showcase their talents, the event aims to inspire, empower, and educate young women about the importance of perseverance, teamwork, and determination.

The event’s message is clear: let’s play it forward together. By supporting and empowering young girls in sports, the program can lead the move to create a more inclusive and equitable society.
