Red Cross, UBWFAN Honour FRSC Anambra Sector Commander, Joyce Alexander

Two organisations, Red Cross and Ultimate Business Women and Farmers Association of Nigeria (UBWFAN) have honoured The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Anambra Sector Commander, Corps Commander Joyce Nnennaya Alexander.

According to a Press Release signed by the Sector Public Education Officer, RC Margaret B. Onabe, Corps Commander Joyce Nnennaya Alexander, received the awards and recognition for her outstanding traffic management efforts.

She was honored by the Ultimate Business Women and Farmers Association of Nigeria (UBWFAN) for the FRSC’s continuous commitment to safeguarding lives on the roads of Ndi Anambra and supporting community-based safety initiatives on 10th May, 2025

Also on the same day, the Sector Commander was honoured with an award at the World Red Cross Day celebration, held at the NRSC branch office in Amawbia, Anambra State.
The event, themed “On the Side of Humanity,” emphasized the organization’s dedication to alleviating human suffering and promoting dignity.

The Sector Command reiterated it’s committment to promoting road safety and supporting community development initiatives adding that the recognition received by the Sector Commander is a testament to the Corps’ dedication to serving humanity.
