Member representing ihiala Federal constituency, Dr.Paschal Agbodike  has appealed to Ndi – Anambra to support the government in making the state a secure land and safe place.

He made the statement in an interview with journalists in awka during the flagg off of udo Ga-Achi , a joint security initiative of Anambra state government.

According to him, “security is the business of all, both home and abroad, we should come together and solve the challenging problem , it is not only in anambra state but South east entirely and nigeria at large”, he stated

“The governor has assured us that through the collaborative effort of ndi- anambra and all of us it is possible. We are calling on the stakeholders of anambra, political stakeholders, entrepreneurs, business moguls , clergies, traditional rulers, president generals , to join hands with mr governor to solve the ravaging insecurity confronting our land.”

Agbodike stressed the need for all political parties in the state to work hand in hand to combat the menace noting, that everybody has become a victim of this men of underworld and should not be politicized  rather join hands and set the land free, that it is not a business of APGA alone.

He said that ndi – Anambra are entrepreneurs, not violent people. “We should embrace peace and support the governor and good spirited individuals in the state in making peace and stop killings”.

He advised those who are involved in this crime to leave the state pointing out that with “Udo ga achi”, Anambra will be better and safest place in nigeria.
