In a bid to bolster the goalkeeping department, Best Talent Football Club of Mowe has appointed former Super Eagles Goalkeeper, Femi Thomas as their new Keepers’ trainer.
Femi Thomas, a distinguished figure in Nigerian football, is renowned for his successful stints with Enyimba FC, Rivers United, Rangers International, Nasarawa United, Akwa United, Zamfara United, Ocean Boys, Heartland FC among others.
Thereafter, his sterling performance endeared his invitation to CHAN Eagles and later, the Super Eagles of Nigeria where he brilliantly contributed to the national teams successes.
The veteran goal tender also helped Enyimba during CAF Champions League seasons , bringing his wealth of experience and impressive reflex to the People’s Elephants dominance in the continent
The Unveiling was done at the instance of Club General Manager, Mr Ibrahim Sikiru (SK) , Team Director, Emmanuel Adeniyi and a friend of the house, former Super Eagles midfielder, Yusuf Ayila. The General Manager SK, while presenting him to the fans said: “Femi Thomas mission is to stabilize the shaky goalkeeping department of the team and restore its dominance with confidence from the game set up by the last man standing between the sticks”. said Sk.
The Integrity side Supporters are by this cheering news erupted in great ambience, hopeful that the former CAF Champions League shot stopper will bring his expertise and leadership to steer the Coach Farouk Yusuf to their winning ways.
The cheering news has further made the fans of Adeyinka Adeyemo’s side to be eagerly anticipating a new chapter and optimistic that he will bring renewed success to Best Talent.
