Nwankwo Kanu Under 19: LOC Identify 28 Players As Apex Krane, Campos FC Clash Today In Finals

The grand final of the 1st Nwankwo Kanu Under 19 scouting tournament will be played between Apex FC and Campos FC at 3 pm at the Enyimba stadium in Aba.

Apex FC stunned Forster Academy 3-0 to emerge as the overall winner in Abia state, while Campos FC edged out Pakat FC 1-0 in the Imo state center.

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has discovered 28 talented players after a competitive tournament featuring over 36 teams and academies.

The selected players are:

4. Obasi Destiny

5. Sunday Armah

6. Daniel Chiderah

7. Thank God Eze

8. Christian Ogbonna

9. Clement Richard

10. Nedu Agha

11. Kingsley Joseph

12. Emmanuel Ogbonna

13. Nonso (Okwu Utd)

14. Francis Joseph

15. Solomon Onyemaechi

16. Ifeanyi Okorie

17. Marvelous Nwachukwu

18. Okoye Ifeanyi

19. Emeka Princewill

20. Azubuike Patron

21. Uchenna David

22. Chisom Chima

23. Nathan Chinedu

24. Uchechukwu Agada

25. Divine Ukaegbu

26. Divine Olise

27. Lucky Anude Somto

28. Clinton Uche

Meanwhile, coaches and players from the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) and former Enyimba and Super Eagles players are preparing for a novelty match, which will serve as a curtain raiser before the grand final at 1 pm.

The Ex-Super Eagles players in camp include Uche Okechukwo, Ifeanyi Ekwueme, Obinna Nwaneri, and others. The SWAN team will arrive at the camp on Thursday, July 4th, by 10 am to prepare for the match.
