Former Super Eagles’ coach, Finidi George often called ‘Port Harcourt Boy’ has returned to the capital city of his state of origin. He was on Wednesday unveiled as the new coach of Rivers United.

This is sequel to the removal of Stanley Eguma as the technical adviser of the team during the season season just ended. As the season was winding down, Evans Ogenyi was appointed on an interim basis.

It was gathered that Finidi signed a two-year contract to handle the Rivers United.
