2024 Unity Preseason Tournament Set To Hold

Organisers of the Unity Preseason Tournament has signified their intention to hold 2024 edition of the tournament in Abuja.

According to the General Coordinator of the tournament Patrick Ngwaogu (Odogwu) the date of the tournament which has become the flagship of all Preseason Tournaments for the teams in Northern zone of the country will be announced soon.

He said the tournament has effectively served the interest of participating teams in the past five seasons.

Odogwu who was the former Vice Chairman of the FCT Football Association said that teams had in the past used the tournament to prepare effectively for new seasons.

“We have informed the teams because this edition will be specifically for the NPFL and NNL teams in the region, and the date of the tournament which will serve as a rehearsal for teams for the new season will be announced soon”.

The former Abia Warriors FC Sporting Director further announced the appointment of Media Aide to the Minister of Sports, Kola Daniel into the Organising committee

Kola Daniel will join the likes of Tolulope Oguntimehim and Olaoluwa Aro to deliver the best preseason tournament this year.
