UNIZIK FM Management Applauds Staff Efforts In Upholding Objective And Mandate Of Community Radio

The management of UNIZiK 94.1 FM led by her Director Prof Ifeoma Dunu has applauded the tenacity of her staff and students volunteer workers in a bid to continue to uphold the objective and mandate of the community radio.

The director who commended her staff for being committed and endearing also reiterated the need for excellence, efficiency and equity in all departments of the radio station in order to fostering a culture of innovation, productivity, and inclusivity in the workplace.

On her part the deputy director 1 prof Bentina Mathias complimented the members of staff for coexisting peacefully which she described as the ultimate ingredient to move any organization forward and successfull.

She urged the UNIZiK fm. Team to continue to be exemplary and retain her best position of blazing the trail.

Also the deputy director 2 prof Cornelius Ukwueze appreciated efforts of members of staff in moving the station forward and aligned with this year’s theme, which focuses on ensuring safety and health at work in a changing climate.

He pledged that the management remains steadfast in its resolve to prioritise the safety and well-being of all her workers in a hazard prone environment.

On her part the station manager Mrs Ify Obi described the workers as the best team to ever work with. She also charged the stuff to continue to thrive and contribute meaningfuly to the overall best interest of the station.

She further wished them a happy workers day and urged all to continue to be present and proactive in the discharged of their duties.

In her own commendation, the deputy station manager Comrade Chigozie Chukwuleta stated that the doggedness of members of staff cannot be over emphasized considering the mental, physical and emotional demand of the fourth realm profession.

She appreciated the UNIZiK fm team particularly the news department for always nosing right and disseminating Sutherland verified information to the public.

She further advocated for synergy in implementing sustainable practices and policies that will promote well-being in the workplace and in building an organization anchored by integrity, diligence and compassion.
