Madojiemu U-15 2024: Organizers Invite Anambra, Delta, Ogun Athletes For 4×100m Relay

The organizers of the Princess Mabel Madojiemu U-15 AthIetics competitions have extended an invitation to a select group of talented AthIetes from Ogun, Delta, Anambra and other states to participate in the 4×100m relay event as esteemed guest teams.

Speaking in a recent interview She Said , “We are thrilled to announce that the 3rd edition of our esteemed event will be extending invitations to a select group of talented athletes from neighboring states, including Ogun, Delta, and others, to participate in the 4×100 relay as our esteemed guests.”.

She quickly announced the winning cash prices for the winning relay team “The winning team will be awarded a cash prize of N200.000 in recognition of their excellence and determination”

Retrospectively, this would be the first time in the annals of competition such relay event will take place.

According to her, “It’s for the good and development of young talents in Edo State in particular and Nigeria in general.

The ebullent Olympian quarter-miler and a board member of Edo State Sports Commission expressed gratitude to the board chairman of Edo State Sports Commission Yusuf Alli for his encouraging words and commitment for competition.

“Just finished talking to the board chairman Ali and he assured me that everything will be fine.”

Events to feature in the 2-Day sports fiesta include 100/200m, 4×100m Relay, 400×100m mixed-relay, long jump, 800m, High jump, 1500m 400m, etc.

Athletes registrations have commenced and a definite number of registered AthIetes would released in due course.

According to the technical director of the competition Mutiu Oluwa, over 500 AthIetes are expected to enroll for the 3rd edition of the Competition.
