Moses AndiShu Foundation Gives Back To Obudu Communities

A former Media guru cum business man, Moses Ted AndiShu has continued to give back to the society and empower youths of his area in Obudu LGA of Cross River State through his foundation, The Moses Andishu Foundation.

Revealing the programmes of the UK based lover of youth development, his brother, an ex-International and Former Iwuanyanwu Nationale player, Andy AndiShu said the activities has been on going in Kaduna were they grew up as well as Kano and their home communities in Obudu, Cross River State.

In a chart with Moses via telephone in UK, he further revealed that he was motivated to give back to his society by his passion to help talented youths actualize their dream of becoming professional footballers and other areas of life.

“These started after my visit to the area and our clan head approached me on areas they need help so I decided to come with the little help I can afford”,

The former school mate of ex-internationals, Daniel Amokachi and Garba Lawal disclosed that through his foundation he has helped many indigent persons in Kaduna, Kano and Obudu with their Medical Bills, setting up men and women with business empowerment, providing Skill Acquisition and equipments as well as looking after the aged men and women.

He noted that the foundation has also engaged in Vocational training programmes and helping graduates for UK trips and donation of writing materials to primary and secondary schools as well as drilling of water boreholes for the communities.

The CEO of Freivan Support Services Limited in UK stated that his mentorship style for the beneficiaries has always been asking them to emulate his surviving spirit despite the challenges that he was able to make it in life and even did his MBA adding that he worked hard towards becoming a corner stone not just back in his community but also in UK.

Meanwhile, the foundation recently held a football Tournament in his home LGA, Obudu Cross River State tagged Moses AndiShu Foundation Football Tournament which took place between January 31 to February 10, 2024.

The tournament which was designed to help talented youths of the area achieve their desired dream in Football saw 10 Communities of the LGA taking part in the thrilling 2 weeks soccer fiesta.

The foundation also handed out 50 motor bikes to youths in Kaduna, Kano and Obudu while food items were also given to indigent widows in the areas to help the less privileged.
