The palace of the traditional ruler of Isseke community in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State, Igwe Emmanuel Nnabuife has been reportedly burnt down by hoodlums.
Isseke, a boarder town that shares boundaries with Imo State has been variously described as one of the hotbed of gunmen attack in the state.

Confirming the arson in a mobile phone conversation with journalists in Awka, the Traditional Ruler of the community, Igwe Emmanuel Nnabuife said the entire palace was razed down by the unidentified persons.
The Monarch who resides in the state capital, perhaos because of the security situation of his domain said he had no problem with anyone in his community to warrant such attack on him.
He added,”It is true that my palace was burnt down by these boys and I have lost everything that I laboured all my life to achieve and as it is now I am homeless.
“Everything was razed down, but I thank God that no life was lost and nobody was harmed by those boys, and this is the way it in my town Isseke,” he said.
The commissioner of Police in Anambra State, CP Aderemi Adeoye has also confirmed the incident.
The CP who spoke on telephone said the situation in the area has been brought under control, and personnel of the command have been sent on the trail of the attackers.
He said investigations were on.
