Commendations have continued to trail the novel Anambra All Stars Competition put together by the FA Chairman, Chief Chikelue Iloenyosi (General).

A football enthusiasts and friend of the FA, Prince Moses Obi joined his voice to commend the chairman for what he described as new wave and revival of football activities in the state.

He believed that what Chief Iloenyosi is doing in the state will play a role in the reduction of crime, “the FA chairman is trying to revive everything about football in Anambra state and he is doing very well. This will reduce some crimes since an idle mind is the devil’s workshop.

While expressing satisfaction with the level of organization in the All Stars Competition, Prince Obi opined that with good support, the chairman will do more to advance football in the state.

“The chairman’s wind of activities shows you that the knows what he is doing. Let’s be sincere, government is supposed to do everything but the man did not wait for government to come and he’s now trying what he can”,

“We that are football lovers we have to key in, in any way we can to help. With this now, government can come in. I believe so because the governor knows what is happening here and he likes what is happening”,

“We friends and football lovers have to key in and make it go more than this because he has tried a lot. We shouldn’t wait for government. The FA chairman has set a pace, we should key in”.

Finals of the All Stars Competition will be played on Sunday, 13th August 2023 at the Awka City Stadium.
