Rangers FC and Flight FC have secured their places in the semifinals of the 2026 Ifeanyi Ekwueme Tico/Select Preseason Tournament, with two more quarterfinal spots to be decided on Sunday.
Saturday’s results at St. Patrick’s College, Emene, saw Rangers advance after being awarded a walkover against Great Achievers in Quarterfinal 1. Flight FC also booked a semifinal ticket with a 1-0 win over Doma FC in Quarterfinal 2.
Other matches played today ended in mixed results. Ingas FC and Elite Space played out a 1-1 draw. In the other fixtures, Udi Stars defeated Apex Krane 2-0, while Diana-Emi FC recorded a dominant 8-1 victory over Apex Krane.
The tournament continues tomorrow Sunday, with the remaining two quarterfinal matches at St. Patrick’s College, Emene.
