El-Kanemi Warriors FC secured a crucial away 1-0 victory over Bayelsa United in the MatchDay19 Nigeria Premier Football League match held on December 28, 2025.
This win is a significant end of the year gift as it comes at the end of the first stanza of the league, showcasing the team’s determination and resilience.

Their influence paid off just minutes before halftime when Mas’ud Danjuma picked out Sadiq Mohammed, who wasted no time in calmly slotting the ball past the Bayelsa United goalkeeper to give the mighty Warriors a deserved lead.
