Enyimba Football Club has described as nothing short of laughable and pitiable that in this modern age of open information and verifiable facts, certain self-acclaimed writers still resort to peddling cheap lies to gain attention and relevance.
The club is reacting to a recent write up circulating in the social media about a possible rift between the the club chairman, Kanu Nwankwo and the Sporting Director, Ifeanyi Ekwueme
According to the club, the latest of such baseless reports came from a certain Dan Uni Kakwi, who in his recent poorly concocted publication alleged that Enyimba International Football Club is engulfed in a management crisis — a claim that can only be described as “a lie from the pit of hell.”
