The Association Of Nigerian University Professional Administrators (ANUPA) UNIZIK Chapter on Tuesday at their General Assembly which took place at the University Multipurpose Hall, elected a new Executives to pilot the affairs of the Association for the next two years.
The ANUPA National Secretary Dr Blessing Chijindu Ezeobi who equally was the outgoing chairperson of the branch in her address, thanked the members for their cooperation that enabled her achieve excellence in the group and urged them to equally assist the new Executives to do more.
She enumerated some of her achievements to include a Maiden Registry Annual Lecture Series, Workshops, Induction of new members, sendoff of retirees, award ceremonies among many others.
After the election, the past Chairman of the Association and a National Executive Ex-Officio2 Comrade Okechukwu Iloegbunam, who represented the National Executive body of ANUPA as the returning officer, announced and administered the oath on the following as the new Executives of NAU ANUPA:

The New ANUPA Chairperson Comrade Emmanuel Nnaemeka in his acceptance speech, thanked the members for electing him along with his new Executives. He promised to use ANUPA UNIZIK as a platform for professional training and acquisition of requisite skills set for University Administration.
He named his leadership style CRUISE which means: consultation, response ability, understanding, inclusiveness, selfless service and emotional intelligence.
The Electoral Chairman while addressing the University Media thanked his electoral committee for their efforts that led to the credible election.
He expressed optimism in the ability of the new excos to take the group to a greater height.
Comrade Dr Njideka Nwagwu SSANU, NAU Chairperson in lending her voice, urged the newly elected executives to put in efforts in the training of its members which is the primary objective of the association.
