The VOE Foundation has officially entered into a comprehensive strategic collaboration with historic Greek football club Eordaikos F.C. to elevate its sporting operations and open up exclusive global pathways for regional talent.
Led by seasoned international sports administrator Victor Edeh, the partnership is designed to blend global football expertise with the deep-rooted traditions of Eordaikos F.C.
The primary objective is to drive modern football operations and provide the structural support needed to propel the first team back into the professional leagues for the first time in over 30 years, establishing the club as the symbolic flagship of Western Macedonia.
According to the Foundation’s media statement, the collaboration is built entirely on mutual cooperation and technical guidance, operating as a technical and structural pillar without altering the core identity or governance of Eordaikos F.C.
It explained that the VOE Foundation Sports Consultancy group will work directly alongside the club’s existing management to provide structural advice and development support across several key areas.
For the first team he said the foundation will share advanced recruitment methodologies and extensive international networks to identify high-calibre talent capable of driving the club’s promotion campaign.
Simultaneously, a major focus will be placed on youth academy development, strengthening local pathways to ensure youth talent in Ptolemaida receives a world-class football education.
