The Anambra State Football Association (ANSFA) has constituted its new standing committees.
In a statement on Friday by board member, Chairman, media and communications, Mr Ralph Chidozie George after their emergency virtual board meeting on Thursday night presided by Chairman, Chikelue Iloenyosi (General), the list of the ten committees were released.
The committees are organizing and Competitions committee headed by Vice Chairman, Victor Aniekwena, Finance Committee led by Ifejika Johnson, Referees Appointment committee chaired by Rtd. FIFA referee, Ijeoma Nwosu, Technical Committee is headed by Coach Donatus Ezeokafor.
Otbers are Women’s Football development committee chaired by Cordelia Akanna has former Super Falcons star and Coach, Maureen Mmadu as one of the members, Disciplinary Committee has Prince Michael Mbaezue as Chairman while Marketing/Sponsorship as well as the Media and Communications committees are chaired by Ralph Chidozie George.
Players status committee is led by Olisa Onuchukwu while the Grassroot & Youth development committee is led by Azubuike Okeke.
ANSFA secretary, Ralph Nweke is the Secretary of all the standing committees.
The ten committees were inaugurated by Chairman Iloenyosi who charged them to go and formulate innovative programs and bring fresh ideas for the growth of the game in the State.
He went on to task them to embrace virtual meetings to boost efficiency, and develop forward-thinking strategies for elevation of the game.
