The Anambra State Football Association (ANSFA) has announced the official commissioning of the Gran Hermano Academy Stadium.
The project commissioning is scheduled for Wednesday, 4th March, at 11:30am.
The Association has extended a cordial invitation to the general public to attend the ceremony at Gran Hermano Academy, located at 9 CPHA Avenue, Agu-Akwa, Awka South Local Government Area, Anambra state.
The upcoming event will be presided over by Chief Chikelue Iloenyosi, the Chairman of ANSFA, who is expected to highlight the association’s mission of nurturing talents and building football champions in Anambra State.
In his anticipated address, Iloenyosi is set to emphasize the role of quality infrastructure in fostering football development and inspiring young athletes across the region.
A special presentation planned for the commissioning will feature the donation of several footballs to the Gran Hermano Academy.
The equipment is intended to support football development initiatives in the state, providing resources for training and encouraging youth participation in the sport.
ANSFA officials say the new stadium will serve as a future hub for talent identification and development, aiming to produce football stars from Anambra State.
The Association has pledged continued investment in infrastructure and programs to promote football throughout the state.
