Enyimba FC Mourns Loss Of Princess Angelina Nkwazema Anozie

Enyimba FC, is mourning the loss of Princess Angelina Nkwazema Anozie, the mother of Mr. Sam Anozie, a special assistant to the club’s chairman, Amb. Kanu ‘Papilo’ Nwankwo.

In a statement released by the club, Enyimba FC expressed deep sorrow and regret over the passing of Princess Anozie, describing her as a virtuous woman whose exemplary lifestyle distinguished her among her peers.

The club’s chairman, Amb. Nwankwo, urged the family to uphold and maintain the loving and caring heart of the deceased, praying for her soul to rest in the Lord’s bosom.

The remains of Princess Angelina Nkwazema Anozie will be laid to rest on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at her husband’s compound in Amawom Village, Owerri Municipal Council, Imo State, after a funeral service at Christ Anglican Church, Owerri.

The Enyimba FC family extends its condolences to the Anozie Onyeagocha family and prays that God will grant them the strength to bear the loss.
