Anambra 2025: Ezeajughi Inaugurates SIWON Executives

In a significant milestone, the Chief of Staff to the Anambra State Governor, Chief Ernest Ezeajughi has officially inaugurated the executives of Solution Integrity Women of Nigeria (SIWON), a support group for the governor’s second term ambition.

The event, held at the Old Government House, Awka, attracted dignitaries from around the state.

The founder of the group, Chief Ezeajughi, explained that SIWON is centered on women that will move the motto of the party.

He said: “We are here today to inaugurate this formidable support group. It will pass other support groups. The significance of this support group is to encourage women that will move the motto of our party, ‘Onye Aghana Nwane Ya’. It’s to encourage all of us.”

He called on them to be active in order to win their pulling units in the forth coming gubernatorial election in the state on November 8.

He x-rayed some of Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s achievements and also thanked him for adding women in his administration.

“As Individuals and as a group, you have potentials. I thank God for Mr Governor and his ideas about this. We will not disappoint Ndị Anambra. Let’s work together. Security, law and order has improved tremendously, including road infrastructure, health and education. Our amiable Governor has done it,” he said.

On her part, the National Convener of the group, Hon Mrs Chinyere Nweke, in her address, stated that SIWON is a group for the inclusion of women in politics.

She, however, indicated that the group is expected to have impact, but that it has just started with the state.
She applauded Gov Soludo for his tremendous works.

Speaking on the event, Bishop Prof Afam Chukwukwere also extolled Soludo’s administration and prophesied that Anambra State will be London in his next tenure. “Soludo remains the best,” he said.

Other digntetries that attended the event included Chief Mrs Ifeyinwa Obegolu MD ACTDA, Dr Ossy Onuku, Commissioner for Industry, Hon Christian Udechukwu, among others
