Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate has urged the Anambra electorate especially those from his Anambra South senatorial zone to remain focused in their quest for the governorship seat of the state.
Leading the APC campaign train to Ebenator, Amichi and Utuh -all in Nnewi South Council area, in Anambra South senatorial zone in a last minute sweeping mop up campaign late Thursday afternoon disclosed that “the political gimmick of giving Nnewi South senate was the usual stock-in-trade to distract us from focussing on the main target. Which is the governor seat”, he stated.
According to him, “we are now a lot wiser. They can no longer deceive, distract or manipulate us anymore.
“We are committed to take over the governorship mandate for Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu on Nov 8,2025; and Chief Azuka Okwuosa for the Anambra South senatorial seat on Aug 16,2025 so that we will be connected to the national political grid for effective development of the whole State. That’s when we will be in a position to change and transform Anambra down to the grassroots as it is in other states of the federation, especially those being governed by APC.
We therefore need to join the progressives who have been transforming their states and living standard of their citizens.
Ukachukwu told them to ignore the late hour shuttle diplomacy and political stunt of Soludo as a childish gimmick.
He wondered why the governor frittered away a whole four years busying himself with over-taxing citizens and other draconian policies that were benefitting his pockets only. Suddenly election morning is here and he started clutching on cobwebs and strands of hair as achievements and excuses.
The APC flagbearer there appealed to voters, and all electorate in Anambra State to ignore Soludo and his deceptive promises, and to embrace him and APC for the massive transformation that comes with belonging to the ruling party.
