The CEO of Excellent Football Academy, Onome James, has commended the organizers of the 7th edition of the Tico/Select preseason tournament, praising the event’s organization and the quality of football on display.
Following a goalless draw with Heartland FC at the Aba centre, James expressed his admiration for the tournament’s consistency and high standards.
Coach Onomen praised the tournament’s founder, Ifeanyi Ekwueme, saying, “This edition is the best so far in terms of organization. The participating teams are also demonstrating their quality by playing good football, which underscores the significance of the tournament to all teams.”
Excellent Football Academy will face off against Inter FC of Aba today at the Enyimba FC Stadium in Aba, kickstarting at 2 pm.
The team will look to build on their performance and make a strong impression in the tournament.
