Mr. Ambrose Igwekamma Ezeh, National Chairman of the Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria, has advised Nigerians to take their health seriously and avoid self-medication.

According to ABS reports,  Ezeh emphasized the importance of consulting registered pharmacists and adhering to prescribed medication regimens.

He attributed many health challenges to a lack of regular medical check-ups and urged citizens to prioritize immunity-boosting foods.

Mr Ezeh commended Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo and his wife, Nonye, for prioritizing healthcare and called for the sustainability of these efforts.

To stay healthy, Ezeh’s advice boils down to a few key takeaways: seek medical attention from registered pharmacists and physicians, adhere to prescribed medication regimens, prioritize regular medical check-ups, eat immunity-boosting foods to withstand health challenges, and support sustainable healthcare initiatives.

By following these simple yet crucial steps, Nigerians can significantly improve their health outcomes and well-being.
