Former Shooting Stars player, Ifeanyi Ihemekwele has expressed hopes to grab the chance he was never given while at the club in Ibadan as he stars for Enyimba this evening against the Oluyole Warriors.
“I feel good being part of the team, like the Coach will say, you have to work hard to be in the squad.
“Am excited coming down here in Ibadan against my former team, believe me I didn’t get the opportunity when I was here but in Enyimba we only talk about winning.
“We are not here on sight seeing, come this evening we hope to give our best and get the job done.
“I know hundred percent is expected of me and am ready to give my best tomorrow (Sunday) and do what I know how to do best, score goals.
“We pray God crowns my effort today and crowns the team’s effort with victory this evening. In Enyimba we don’t understand anything else than winning.
