The Chairman Bayelsa Queens football club, Pastor Robin Angonimi Apreala has urged the Prosperity Girls to come out stronger against Ekiti Queens in their Matchday 2 encounter of the NWFL.
Pastor Apreala who stated this on Monday in Yenagoa, after training ahead of the team’s second game at home to Ekiti Queens on Wednesday 22nd November, 2023 at the Samson Siasia Stadium charged them to ensure they pick a ticket for the Super 6 at the end of the regular season.
“As your Chairman, I call on to pick a ticket for the Super 6 at the end of the regular season. Play as a unit and for the team to be serious and win your matches and avoid leaving your fate to permutations and I urge you to bring out your best to get maximum points in front of us,” Apreala said.
Pastor Apreala expressed confidence in the team’s ability and highlighted the immense pride the State holds for the Prosperity Girls and asked the technical crew and the players to put their best foot forward in matches.
“I have complete faith in our talented squad. Bayelsa Queens have a rich history of success, and we believe they are fully capable of securing wins in the upcoming matches.
“I encourage our players to give their all on the field and make Bayelsa State proud,” he told Bayelsa Queens media.
Pastor Robin Angonimi Apreala also commended the coaching crew led by Domo Okara and support personnel for their dedication and hard work in preparing the team.
Bayelsa Queens will engage debutant Ekiti Queens on Wednesday 22 November, 2023 at the Samson Siasia Stadium in Ovom, Yenagoa, in Matchday 2 of the NWFL Premiership.
