Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde has appointed the trio of Hon. Temitope Ezekiel Oladimeji, Dr Morohunkola Thomas and Hon. Ayansiju Lawal as Director-General, Abuja and Lagos Liaison Office and Special Advisers, respectively.

While Oladimeji was appointed as DG of the Abuja and Lagos Liaison Office, Thomas, a former Commissioner across different ministries in the state, was designated as Special Adviser on Socio-economic Matters.

Lawal, the immediate past Commissioner for Establishment and Training, was appointed as Special Adviser on Establishment and Training.

Oladimeji served as the Deputy Director-General, Oyo Central for the Governor Seyi Makinde Campaign Council in 2022/2023.

The newly-appointed Special Adviser on Socio-economic Matters, Thomas, is a lawyer and has served as Commissioner for Education, Information, Youth and Sports, among others, in the state, at different times.

Governor Makinde, in a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Olanike Adeyemo, charged the new appointees to see their appointments as a call to service and to discharge their duties with dedication and loyalty to the state.

The appointments, the letter indicated, are with immediate effect.
