Chief Barr. Isaac Danladi, Chairman, Nasarawa United Football Club, has sent a message of appreciation to the Executive Governor of Nasarawa State, His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, for appointing him as a Permanent Secretary in the State’s Civil Service.
Part of the message read thus;
“Your Excellency, Sir, I received the exhilarating news of my appointment as Permanent Secretary in the Nasarawa State Civil Service.
“I wish to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Your Excellency for considering me worthy for the apex service position.
“This is, indeed, a manifestation of the confidence reposed in me.
“I don’t and won’t take this gesture for granted.”
Danladi who is also head of the Nigeria Premier Football League’s Club Owners’s Association, equally thanked the Governor for affording him the opportunity to serve as Chairman of the State’s Men’s football team, Nasarawa United FC.
“I remain highly indebted to Your Excellency for the privilege you gave me in the past to serve as Chairman of Nasarawa United FC, and more so for the tremendous support and encouragement you rendered to me in particular, and the Club’s Management team which enabled us to succeed in the rather tough assignment of managing the State’s football club.”
He assured the Governor of doing his best to meet up with the mandate of his new portfolio.
Danladi is among the seven recently appointed Permanent Secretaries by Governor Abdullahi Sule having attained the peak of Civil Service in the State.
The new Permanent Secretaries are yet to be sworn-in and allocated portfolios.
